Study Specific Disclosure Forms

Each “investigator“ must submit a Georgetown University Study Specific Disclosure Form as part of each protocol application. “Investigator“ includes the principal investigator and any other person who is responsible for the design, conduct, or reporting of research.

GU affiliated individuals and individuals with eRIC credentials should submit the SSDF through eRIC, the electronic submission system. Forms pending completion will be listed in your INBOX in eRIC.

Guidance for Conflicts Disclosure in Publications and Presentations

Study-related financial and/or Intellectual property interests (e.g. patents or patent applications) must be disclosed in all informed consent forms, related press releases, publications and presentations.
