WE ARE VERY EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT TOPAZ, OUR NEW ONLINE PROTOCOL SUBMISSION AND MANAGEMENT PROGRAM IS UP AND RUNNING! ***Beginning January 2012, all new and 3-year renewal protocols submitted for GUACUC review must be done through Topaz. You can access topaz here. Please contact Amy Fish to set up your Topaz user account access and gain access to training. Amy can also help you with content-related questions. Please remember to upload copies of all AALAS learning library transcripts for each person listed on the protocol as well as signed and completed study specific disclosure forms. Amendments, both minor and significant as well as personnel changes, can still be done using the current paper amendment form. Please email completed and signed amendment submissions to the Amy Fish and Kenya Carter in the GUACUC office. Annual reviews will still be done on the current paper form. Once your annual review has been sent to you, please email the completed and signed annual review submission to Amy and Kenya in the GUACUC Office. The submission deadline for the monthly GUACUC meeting is COB on the LAST Tuesday of each month. GUACUC meetings generally are held on the third Tuesday of the month.
